difficulty

Preparation

1

Add the flour, pinch of salt, sugar and baking powder to a bowl and mix.

2

With the help of a blender, blend the 3moretti peach with the 3moretti lemon juice until a purée is formed.

3

Mix the egg, oil, 3moretti peach purée in a bowl and stir.

4

Add this mixture to the first one and mix until it becomes smooth.

5

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 20x20cm square hinge mould.

6

Clean and dice the 3moretti peaches and sprinkle them over the mixture.

7

Prepare the crumble by mixing the chopped butter with the flour, sugar, almonds and finely chopped amaretti biscuits until a crumby mixture is formed. Sprinkle them over the diced 3moretti peaches and sprinkle with the crumbled amaretti biscuits and chopped almonds.

8

Bake at 180°C for about 40/50 minutes (continually testing with a skewer until it comes out clean).
